PowerB2X is a B2B ecommerce platform for wholesale distribution channels. The specific scope of each implementation is defined in the corresponding commercial agreement.

• Using the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform is prohibited.
• Reselling access without authorisation is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by PowerB2X or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their data and content uploaded to the platform.

5. Availability

We aim for maximum service availability, with scheduled maintenance windows. SLAs are detailed in each individual contract.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PowerB2X shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of the site or service beyond the contracted scope.
